Salary: Scale 3 £21,575-£21,968 per annum- Approx. pro rata - £10,321.87 to £10,494.49
 
Hours of Post: 19 hours per week
Monday, Tuesday 8am – 12pm
Wednesday, Thursday 8am – 2.00pm (30 mins lunch break)
Hours could be negotiable
 
Contract Type: Part Time - Permanent

We are a small, friendly and supportive Church of England Primary School.
 
We wish to appoint an competent and friendly school secretary to work under the support and guidance of the Headteacher and School Business Manager. We are looking for a person who is calm, courteous and friendly with a professional approach to all duties, with the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and work effectively as a team member in a very busy environment.
 
It is important that you are able to work with efficiency and flexibility and have a genuine commitment to our Christian ethos.
 
We are looking for someone with good ICT skills, particularly in Word and Excel, have good organisational skills and have the ability to manage own workload.  You should possess excellent communication skills, be welcoming and patient.  A sense of humour would be a great advantage!
