Salary: SCALE 3 POINT 5 – Approx. Pro rata salary - £17,655.84
Hours of Post: 32.5 hours per week, TERM TIME ONLY - MONDAY – FRIDAYS : 8.15 AM TO 3.15 PM (negotiable at interview) - Flexibility around the start and finish time will be required.
Contract Type: Full Time - Permanent

We have 156, 3- to 4-year-old children on roll and 24 2-year-olds.
We have a vacancy for a teaching assistant to work within a large team at Reddish Vale Nursery School. This will be an exciting opportunity for practitioners to support young children in their development.
The role will involve:
• organisation and supervising appropriate Early Years Foundation Stage activities indoors and outdoors
• Supporting children within a small group or on an individual basis or on a withdrawal basis.
• To provide support for children with physical needs e.g. assisting with moving around the Nursery, assistance with feeding, assistance with changing, assisting with safe use of Nursery equipment.
• To maintain a high quality environment
